Kerala Ayurveda Tour
Duration : 4 Nights - 5 Days
Destinations : Cochin - Periyar - Cochin
Our packages takes you to scenic beauty of Cochin and Periyar where you can enjoy the ayurveda therapy to rejuvenate yourself. The total package of Kerala ayurveda tour comprises of a tour and stay of 10 nights and 11 days where you can enjoy your stay at the Village resorts.
Day 01
Cochin Periyar Drive 180 km to Periyar in the morning and check in at the Village Resort upon arrival. Make a visit to the resident "Vaidya"(Ayurveda Doctor) for consultation. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 till Day 08
Relax and rejuvenate with the Ayurvedic therapy at village resort. The complete therapy goes on for seven days where the resident doctor first has a consultation with you. They plan your program according to your therapy. They also give a diet recommendation during the therapy to get the best results. A stay during this period means no alcohol, no tobacco and a strict vegetarian healthy diet. You are also advised to be totally relaxed and not exert yourself during your stay.The complete therapy comprises of herbal massages, steam baths and yoga. If you follow the directions from the “Vaidya” or the resident doctor, you would surely get miraculous results. You would come back totally relaxed and completely rejuvenated. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 09: Periyar
Your body needs to relax for a week after the Rejuvenation Therapy. The body would adjust for a week where you should be completely relaxed. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Periyar - Cochin
On the last day of your stay, enjoy the boat ride in Lake Periyar and if you are lucky you can see wild elephants. After lunch drive to Cochin. Check-in at the hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 11 Depart Cochin Morning
Transfer to the airport for flight back home.
